Recording two shows at the same time?

I just recently bought the Hauppauge PVR-500 card and im using a wireless MVP. I was just wondering why i can not record two shows at the same time or watch live tv while recording one show. Is there something i did not set up correctly?

How do you have the 500 setup?
Do you have a coax cable running into the back? do you have any STB's hooked up to it? Did you setup both tuners in Sage?

STB = Set Top Box; the device supplied by your television provider to tune channels.

As for setting up both analog tuners in the 500 card, go to Setup --> Setup Video Sources and see how many tuner cards show up. You should have two, and both of them should be associated with a channel lineup (it will say the name of the lineup under the tuner name). If you don't have two tuners, back out of the menu you are on and run the Setup Wizard. If you do have two tuners, but one is not showing a channel lineup, click on it to adjust the settings.

HTH,
Stu
