Imported videos are "vibrating"

I need some help here. Just about every video I import into my video library appears to vibrate when played on my media mvp. I've tried avi's and transcoding the avi's to mpeg2 both to no avail. What I don't understand is some videos are completely fine. Has anyone seen or heard of this problem or a way to fix it? The videos are unwatchable this way.

I have the same problem and have yet to find an issue. Recorded shows work just fine. It's just imported AVI/DIVX/XVID that have the issue...

deliverer: do you have any imported videos that work? I have some that work, but lately everything I import vibrates. My recorded shows and live tv work just fine as well.

Same problem here. watching livetv via the extender is ni problem but watching video_ts from the video folder is a problem (stuttering, etc)
Analysis from the bandwith usage on the server learn that livetv is a constant stream but viewing a dvd (video_ts) isn't , it's jumping al over the place between 0,3 and 10 % lan load (100Mb Full duplex)
On the other hand, connecting with the client from a labtop and then watching the DVD from the video_ts folder doens't give any problems.
Lan load is higher (about 20%) and steady.

Haven't figured out what the problem is yet.

I'm not sure if your problem is the same as ours. The problem I've having isn't the video stuttering like it would if the were being buffered and the buffer can't fill fast enough. My problem is that the whole picture is actually vibrating. It looks like the tv is sitting on a washing machine or something. Trying to watch it actually starts to hurt my eyes.

Same isssue with a twist

I have the left - right vibration on some AVI files that I have ripped from DVD or downloaded. My twist is there is also pixilation to some degree on the video playback. I have tested the video on 3 different tv's all running through a MediaMVP with the same result. I tried AVIs from 700mb to 4.3GB and there is a little vibration in each case.

I would like to know what could correct this issue... maybe its a display size issue or a transcoding problem?
