Shuttering in playing DVD

I'm running the latest Sagetv version on my server and client. When I play a DVD that is rip and sitting on the server I'll get a shutter every once and a while. It's almost like the movie speeds up for like a half of a second. But the same movie and others work fine on my other client.

On the client I'm running XP pro connected to the server through a gig connection. I'm also running Nvidia purevideo with a Nivida 6600GT.

Any thoughts?
