Disable Watched Auto-setting?

Is it possible to disable the Watched flag from automatically setting? We want it to only set when we want to mark it watched. My wife regularly falls asleep with the TV on, or gets taken away (by the kids) before finishing a show - and it marks it watched on her (which is then hidden by the filter when she goes back to look for it).

I know you can manually clear the watched flag... but as she says "it's more work... my TiVo didn't do that"

So is it possible? I've searched the options (I use SageMC) and searched the forums and couldn't find an answer... hope I didn't miss this already.

I've always wanted this feature as well. To the best of my ability to tell it does not exist. It seems like not automatically setting the watched flag would be a good option in multi user setups.
