Cant seem to get fullscreen output on tv
Hi guys
I am using the newest version of sagetv and I just recently bought a hauppauge mvp. Everything seems to work wonderfully except that the picture on the tv is not fullscreen. It is the right width but not the right length. At the bottom of the tv screen is a purple coloured box. Can anybody please advise which setting I have to alter to get the output on the tv the right? Where are you located? Maybe it is a PAL vs. NTSC issue?
Is this from the MVP's output? Video playback or the interface/menus? - Andy

I am in the UK. Dont know anything about PAL NTSC but I kinda sorted the problem on the tv by zooming in. Now there is a little portion of the screen missing on the top but at least I got rid of that annoying purple bar at the bottom of the screen.
