interference type problem with channel 2

I seem to have more than my share of problems with channel 2, perhaps because it is on the lower bounds of the broadcast channels. When I first started using SageTV with my PVR 350, Channel 2 was so poor I could not view it. I found that that problem seem to be related to a bad right angle F Connector. Everything seemed fine until I got my 2 PVR 250 Cards.
Now, I sometimes see a faint band on static that moves up and down on the screen. The picture is still viewable, but this static is a quite an irritation. It seems most noticable during the evening news. I was in my Vacation home where NBC is on channel 2 when I first noticed it. I suspected at that time that it was related to channel 2. I have now returned home and see the same problem on ABC which is broadcast on Channel 2. Anyone have any idea what causes that problem and is there anything I can do to eliminate it?
