Setup issue with multiple tuners

I just rebuilt my box and added a 2nd PVR350. When I run the setup wizard it sees three cards, the two 350s and the AIW9000. If I select Hauppauge #2 all is fine same for the AIW (which I don't plan to use). However, when I selelect the first Hauppage card and go through the screens there are no input choice options. The first one show three tuners, three composites and two svideos but nothing for the first one. Both cards are installed and appear to be working.

Any ideas what I can try?

Thanks

Looks like it now got past that problem but a new one arose. I can tell Sage about either of my cards and they work fine. I can tell Sage about both and all is fine until I try to record to both 350s at the same time. When I try I get the following message

There was a problem utilizing the capture card.
Be sure it is installed correctly and no other applications are using it.
Failed running the graph for encoding
ErrCode=0x8007001f

Is there something special I have to do now that I am using two cards?

Thanks in advance.

I believe somewhere else on the forums here it was mentioned that multiple PVR-350's in the same machine was not possible. Sorry I can't be more specific...I can't remember if it was a limitation of the hardware or if it was the driver. However, a PVR-350 can co-exist with other cards like the PVR-250 but some people have had issues with that as well.

Thanks!

Well I went out today and bought two PVR250s. Funny thing is the store had three of them. The box of one of them was a bit smaller and the bottom had text that said it was 1.1 whereas the two I bought said 1.0. So I assumed I got the -15s. When I got home I was dissappointed to learn I got -16s. I tried one with the PVR350 anyway and boy what a nightmare. Bad text and BSOD. Pulled it out and put in the 2nd 250. All is working well now.

I guess my 350 is destined for a remote machine later on.

Frustrating but oh well at least I now have two tuners.

I would definitely recommend this solution. That way you can get a nice, quiet, set-top box that holds your 350 (which is how I have my system configured). I have been having some problems getting a perfectly quite set-top box (I am running a 1GHz EPIA-M board and the CPU fan is louder than I expected). The picture quality of the 350 is very impressive.
