help with DVD profiler import into SageMC

I usually find answers to my issues scouring the forums, but this one is eluding me. I purchased DVD Profiler and have loaded some DVDs in to it. I have SageMC installed and attempt to import data for one of my movies. I get all the text data, but not image loads. I saw posts about setting the DVD profiler location to the */default path where my database and images sit and I did that, but still no images.

Versions as reported by Sage settings screen:
SageTV V6.1.9.135
Java 1.6.0_03
SageMC STV 6.3.5.1

and DVD Profiler 3.1

I moved my DVD Profiler database to one of my server's harddrives with the path M:\DVD Profiler. I also exported the collection.xml file to that same folder. So paths specified in SageMC are:
Meta Data XML: M:\DVD Profiler (and chose collection.xml)
DVD Profiler Path: M:\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default (I have tried different variations of this by leaving default off, adding images and adding images\thumbnails)

I get the dvd title, year, runtime, rating, description,etc. But it is not loading the thumbnail images. Any suggestions on what to try next?

This is on my server and is the first time I have loaded SageMC on to it. I always just used it on my pc client before, but want to show it on my extenders now as well. Am I not loading something else that needs to be on there?

Were you ever able to resolve this problem? I am experiencing the exact same thing and cannot figure out what the heck is going on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're images aren't comiing across it is because you don't have the path correct for your database. In DVDPro 3 the path is usually My Documents\User Name\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default. It is not where the program is.

I had set the path correctly (as you describe above) when I made my posting. I then did what the parent did and tried setting it to the Databases\Default\Images images subdirectory. No luck. So I set it back to the Databases\Default subdirectory and now it works. Very weird.

you got that to work? I never have gotten it to work. I point the path to the collections xml just fine. I then pointed it to the databases/default folder as I saw Gerry post in other places, but that has never worked for me. My database folder is on a shared network drive, but physically located on the server, not in my docs, but I dont think that should matter?

Will shoot in the dark and point to the images folder, then back to the default folder and see.

Also, I have tried importing from IMDB and those images don't show up either. Was just playing with this tonight again with the same results =(

bleh, just tried it and still no luck. Luckily, this is my most frustrating thing with sagetv/sagemc right now and I figure it could be a whole lot worse =)
