pretty frustrated and disappointed that my email to sales has gone unanswered since almost 12 hours ago, basically from before the California work day started and continuing past now, right after it ended. My excitement and anticipation is somewhat diminished.

Forgot all about it, and just ordered the first one with 2-day shipping. I wonder if it wasn't a little late for getting something on Wednesday. Well, on Thursady I'll be gone.....

Are you guys still getting the tracking e-mail? I ordered about 6:00 AM PST and I got my license about 10:50 PST, but I still haven't received my tracking e-mail. I'm beginning to worry it won't be here until Friday or Monday.

got an email saying they cleared the store cache so i could order again last night at 11:15, approximately 10 minutes after I last checked, arg! So I ordered a couple minutes ago with 2 day shipping and still have a little hope it might make it by Friday for weekend fun. If not, I will be dropping off a flaming bag of pooh on my CC companies doorstep for causing all of this...

I ordered mine early yesterday morning and got the license email after 20 minutes or so. As of 24 hours later, no tracking email. I'll get excited when it hits the front door.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I ordered two at about 6:30 AM Eastern Time, received a confirm almost immediately, received the license keys in 2 hours and a ship notice shortly after that. UPS tracking shows them on the way to my house with a scheduled delivery of Thursday. (I choose 3 day shipping.)

I ordered my unit about 8 am CST. Received an e-mail with the key at about 11:45 cst but still no tracking number. It appears they are kinda hit and miss on who they are sending packages to.

I ordered 2 just before 8AM EST - received license email around 2PM EST - no tracking info yet. I'm wearing out my mouse button hitting the "check email" button.

I got my order in last night after the cache clearing tooo.. I received my licenses about 2 minutes after that and I hope to receive the tracking info this morning..

Nothing yet....
I ordered mine Monday at 8am Pacific time.. got the key right away, but no shipping yet.. which is a bummer, since I live near enough to Los Angeles that even UPS Ground is overnight.. Maybe it will go out today though.. I'm sure they are working overtime to get these things in boxes and out the door..
