HD media extender USB ports covers

Hi, I have ordered the HD media extender. There is one thing which bothers me about the look of it, and that is the opened usb ports at the front. There are few busy fingers in our household that will try to examine everything and stick various objects into such places ;-)

I am not sure, if the HD extender comes with the little plastic covers to cover those plugs. I went to look to Fry's and CompUSA but I wasn't able to find such thing in neither one of them. The web search shown only one real hit

Does anybody know about any other options?

Thanks

Could you just throw a piece of black electrical tape over the USB ports? Cheaper and will look just as goofy as those usb covers.

Well, I am not sure if you are used to having black elecrical tape all over he front panel of your audio/video equipment smack in the center of your living room but it wouldn't work for me :-).

Personally, I prefer black gaffers tape (since I work in TV production) but electrical tape works for me. Cuts the glare from superbright case LEDs, UPS status indicators and fills the ugly holes caused by unused ports on cases.

When the lights are off, I don't see the tape I rarely see it in the daytime since I'm at work.

Exactly. Been using small pieces of electrical tape for years on all those dang stand by lights! Grrr. I even use it on the back of my MVP in the bedroom since those annoying ethernet lights in the back reflect off of my wall.
