Looks good. The one thing I notice, and I see this as a thing with SageMC, the buttons are not centered over the text. Maybe Mike can elaborate on if there is a way to adjust this.

No need. I know there is a way to adjust this under "customize main menu>icon layout - I'll add that to my to-do list.

I been busy trying to get to grips with studio and carry on creating my new movie info page. Its a steep learning curve but I'm slowly getting there even if I do tend to break things rather than make them look better (IMO). Anyway I've posted a couple of screen shots below of my current layout, let me know what you think. Comments and sugestions are always welcome

Is this just for DVDs or all movies?

Its for all Movies except those that are on TV or recorded from TV, I'm also hoping to create something for TV shows which is similar to Media Portal's TV Series but thats a long way off yet.

jaminben,
How are you showing a different movie background per movie title?

I'm cheating, I change it manually using studio for each screen shot.

Trying to change it for each film is proving to be bit tricky, and I'm not sure if its even possible! But what the heck I'll keep trying

It should be pretty easy to do if you store the background screen in the video folder along with the cover art. You can then use the current method for loading cover art as a template. I would add a new separate background image over the default image (don't mess with the theme) so that if the video-specific background file doesn't exist, the default image will be visible. Just a thought.

Aloha,
Mike

So on the Clockwork Orange image, are you polling the video file itself to then display the 720p HD icon and the Dolby Digital icon? Or were you cheating there too?

I'd really like those types of icons for all types of video.

Yes, I'm polling the video file itself pretty much the same way the default UI does for HD content.

I got the icons from http://www.team-mediaportal.com/file.../Titaniumv0.5/ and I'm pretty sure that a search of their forums will give you even more, I just cant find a link at the moment.

2. Some custom sub menus broke with SageMC 6.3.8 and I haven't found a fix yet (see this thread).

I'll post this when I get these things hashed out a bit.

Have you worked out the kinks? I really like this theme.

Here's a screen shot from my new theme "nBlue" :

You can read all about it and download here : link.

Note that you don't have to use BLUE backgrounds at all with this theme - the backgrounds it ships with are blue, but it would look good with any ol' wallpaper you throw at it.

That background is in nBlue - I think I called it background_3.jpg in the theme directory. nBlue should work very well with any background, not just BLUE ones

I had found the wallpaper on Deviant Art a week or so ago. The direct link is below.

Bailio and voorhees,

That background don't look good in 1080i. It appears stretched. :-(

On another note...Anyone know of good December holiday backgrounds?
