Channel 33 missing?

In my guide channel 33 & 34 (disney) are missing. its enabled in the channel setup and I can view it in the channel setup on my pvr-500 but in the guide both 33 and 34 are missing? can they be hidden by accident?

What can I check?

You can directly log into the zap2it site and see if they show the channel for your area.

I am not sure if you can hide a channel but you can move one to a different number by remapping the logical channel. If you did this, then your channel will not be where you expect it.

See the FAQ entry http://forums.sage.tv/forums/showthr...704#post119704 about how to report to Sage if the channels really are missing. The second entry on that link, it appears the directory entry link is off by 1.

If they aren't listed in the Program Guide at all, then see the note at the bottom of p. 46 in the v6.3 PDF manual; those channels may be combined with the same station name at a different channel number.
