List of dual tuner (simultaneous ATSC + s-video)?
I wanted to get a single PCI card that can replace my pvr250 and fusion hdtv3. I've spent a couple hours now trying to figure out what all my options are, but its sometimes tough to tell what cards support dual tuners at the same time, and also have an onboard mpeg2 hardware encoder. I want to capture ATSC via OTA antenna, and s-video input (from dish box).
So far it seems the options are the WinTV 1600 and the VistaView Saber DA-1N1-I. Are there any others I'm missing. Any comments on which of these are better?
