I was wondering if they were ever going to release them in black again

Actually I was thinking beggers can't be choosers when it comes to color. Just hide it in a closet

is next batch HD extenders RoHS compliant?

The next batch is almost among us but there was mention of that they would try to get the next batch of HD extenders RoHS compliant... so we europeans can also enjoy SageTV in the bedroom in HDTV quality.. stupid rules

Does someone know if the upcoming batch will be compliant?

and where could we order one in europe?

Anyone know if there are any changes to the new HD100 units? I suspect they changed the front panel. Anything else, though?

That and ROHS compliance is the only two things that I have read about. Lots of firmware updates since the original unit shipped, but that doesn't really count.

I am sure otherwise they are the same units as previously. Sage is still too small to have to support two different units. However, there could be some changes made to the HDMI connector as it has been reported to be suspect (at least some think so), but internally I am sure it is the same.

Those sure went fast. Do you think Sage realizes they have a hot product?

Glad I got my order of 6 on the way. They should be here tomorrow.

I accidently ordered two today.
I immediately emailed sage to cancel one of them. I've gotten one tracking # (they were two separate orders) so not sure if I'll get one or two.

You didn't order? OUCH! Oh well, "You snooze, you lose".

I already had one from the first batch, but ordered as soon as I read the Email saying the 2nd batch was in. I should get mine tomorrow (Thursday 3/6)
