PVR-350 & 250 Together

Been playing around with Sage 2 all morning. Can't seem to overcome one problem.

With a 250 and a 350 installed and clicking on the DEVICE in SUMMARY of the Setup Wizard, it says that BOTH devices VIDEO ENCODER INSTALLED FALSE.

So, I pulled the 250, totally un-installed everything including the Hauppauge Drivers and re-installed everything with JUST the 350 installed. And it STILL tells me : VIDEO ENCODER INSTALLED FALSE.

The result of this is that I do not get TV OUT from the PVR350, not matter what I try. I read the posts on here about that and tried them all. No luck.

Also. Are you supposed to be able to use the numeric keypad on the remote while in the Guide? To change to a specific channel, rather then having to scroll thru them all.
