Yep, still having the same problem here with 6.4.7. Believe it only happens with my Avermedia A855 USB tuner connected. Happens once every few days. I replaced the file with an older version, which seems to have fixed things (although the tuner drops out about once a week - need to restart stage to bring it back online, not sure if it's caused by use of the old file). Using version with 25MAY08 file date, 233,472 bytes. Seems to have fixed the application errors.

After a long communication with Qian from Sage, Qian just notifies me that problem is fixed now (based my raw TS dump). And it is included in the latest beta code. I just put it to test on my server. Will keep you guys posted.
