Losing Control

I'm having some weird problems related to v2... Thought I'd pass along. Everything worked great last night jumping around and trying to relearn things, but now I'm losing keyboard AND IR control (hauppauge remote). Sometimes it works for 3 button presses sometimes 10 button presses. Mouse still seems to work somewhat... I can click items on the screen, but scrolling is busted (I'm assuming this is because the wheel calls pgup, pgdn maybe?)

The kicker is this seems to have started after the music update...,but I reinstalled and I'm still getting the same problems. Anyone else seeing this? Or have a clue where I could investigate what it going on?

The keyboard and remote works in other apps, so I know its just sage not "listening". I've restart the IR, reinstalled, even tried a java reinstall (guessing at problems), and still same problem.
