Image Issue in Live TV

Dear All,

I'm using SageTV 6.3.5 and I'm having problems with the Live TV.

My configuration is a Core 2 Duo 4500 2.2 Ghz + 2 Gb memoria + 1 Tb de disco and the Capture Card is an Pixel View PlayTv Box 4 (http://www.prolink-usa.com/item_disp...=782515072047).

When I tried to use the Live TV the image appears, but in the bottom of the screen there is an rectalgule with some distortion of the image and sometimes this area is completely green.

I would like to know if somebody had this problem and how is the possible solution.

Thanks in advance for all anwers
Regards

Sérgio

PS: I installed in my HTPC K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.

I would remove the K-lite codec pack and just work with the decoders that came with Sage until you get it working correctly. The only supported Pixelview card is the Prolink Pixelview PlayTV P7000. I'm not sure this is the same as your card. So that may be your issue also.

Thanks

I'll try to do this tests and check if this solve my issue.
I did some changes in the Sage configuration but nothing works, maybe the changing the codecs will solve the problem.

Thanks for the help.
