Connecting STX-HD100 to Wireless?

I think I kinda (OK, really) goofed up when I bought the STX-HD100.

I just moved into a brand new house, and I saw what appeared to be network connections next to the TV and in my office. I was wrong - they are actually phone connections by Qwest for DSL access. So, now I think I have to come up with a wireless method of connecting the STX-HD100 to my home network.

I'm thinking about replacing my D-Link Gigabit wireless router with a "Draft N" Wireless router (TBD), and then getting a "Draft N" adapter for the STX-HD100.

However, I understand that the USB ports don't do anything on the STX-HD100, so I think I need to get a "Draft N" receiver with an Ethernet plug on it.

Your thoughts?

AzJazz

Thanks, Paul - I had looked at that thread earlier, and missed the NetGear HD/Gaming Bridge message. I think that will do the trick ...

I would highly recommend installing cat6 cable to your outlet along with a cat6 connector and also a gigibit network system. The wired network is still a lot faster than the wireless - and a lot less problematic.

My house was built in 1985. I ended up replacing the RG59 cable to each room with RG6 quad insulated. While I did this I also pulled cat6 cable.
