V2 unstable, any way to figure out why?

hi,
I installed the beta on my system, and it works, love the new look and the remote-centric navigation, but I very often I would get errors when it's trying to launch, and several times in a row it would launch to a blank black screen. At that point I gave up and went back to 1.4.1 which is great for me as far as stability. Is there any log that would help Frey or the forum members figure out why that was happening? I just want to help stablized v2 so we can all get a functioning SageV2/Studio

There is a log file in your Sage directory that is EU....something. I can't remember the name since I do not have Sage with me atm. But it is called something like that.

thanks, I'll look when I get home... and thanks for the pointer on cases in another forum, that pctoys case looks great and I ordered one...

np, it isn't perfect but I think it is the best looking one out there and for only $50. Really I haven't seen the "perfect" case yet.

If it launches to the black screen, press the HOME key and see if it takes you home. I have seen this from the client (via VNC) but usually just hit HOME.
