Corrupt Wiz.bin everytime I reboot

I get a java error when I reboot and it stops Sage from starting. I can then restart Sage but it corrupts my wiz.bin. Even after I rebooted again with the new Wiz.bin file it did the same thing. It created a new one and made the other one corrupt again.
Latest Sage release with the latest Java release on XP SP2

I've uninstalled Java update, rebooted, Java 1.4.2 then rebooted again and finally uninstall SageTV and rebooted. Then I deleted the Sage directory and reinstall Sage. I am still having issues with corrupt wiz.bin files. Sometimes it's just when I am watching something and Sage hangs or shutsdown then gives me a Java error message when I restart and corrupt wiz.bin...
