Custom Menu lead to empty menus

I'm using the custom menu. I just changed the order putting Video - DVD - Music - Photos at the top level
and everything else under Media center.

Now:
1) if I play a DVD or a Video at the end I finis in an empty menu and no action is possible
2) ifI put the standard menu and play a DVD the music library is empty, to explain bettere it says 50 folders but the 3x3 matrix is empty.

Any help ?
