Sage Lost HD Homerun Channel--still plays in VLC

Help!

Sage TV will no longer play local NBC affilaite on my HDHR (using QAM). I've spent the last 2 hours playing with signal strngth on my cable amplifier (thinking it might be a signal strength issue)--but to no avail. All other channels work fine in Sage and all other QAM channels play in VLC player. Any ideas? I am at a total loss as to what to try next. Thanks in advance for any help.

The HDHR Manager reports signal strength of 96-100% on all my channels (including NBC which Sage won't play). Same 96-100% with "Symbol Quality". The Signal Quality meter hovers around 50-58% for all channels.

The main cable TV feed is coming into the house, then going to a 15 db amplifier (cable company supplied). This signal is split once (3 way splitter) on the way to wiring cabinet. This feed then goes into an 8 way Levitron variable amplifier that feeds the HDHR (4x) and other cable TV outlets in the house.

This set up has worked fine for a while--but all of sudden NBC just won't come through Sage.

This happened to me recently also. Just rescan in the HDHR setup software. Your cable company probably changed the signal so its not on the same number anymore. Once it finds the correct signal for that channel, you have to update the physical mapped number in SageTV.

Thanks. I really wish I would have figured this out 3 hours ago. You were 100% correct.

I had the same exact problem and spent DAYS and one reinstall on it and realized after re-reading the directions the remaps weren't working

Stinks bad!
