what should I backup and not backup to reinstall a fresh copy of SageTV

My SageTV set up has been down since about April 20 something because I have moved and have not had time to reset it back up. Simply put, I have to set up two Set Top Boxes this time, and I going to have OTA with HD Homerun. This is different because I had a three tuners of 150, 250, and USB PVR 2. 1 turner was a STB, but the rest was coax into the turner. Now that I have FIOS, coax into the turner is not really option since you only get network stations. I also had a problem where I could not see any pictures with SageMC and it was recommended I reinstall. Also, I plan to add HD STB when HD PVR gets to me.

Q1: If I do a fresh install of basically uninstall, what do I need to do to import all the recorded tv shows with their programing information?

Q2: anything I need to know?

There are a couple FAQs to check out -- they may not be exact matches, but the info should still apply:

How to move SageTV to a new computer and retain all recordings

My SageTV installation isn't working correctly and it has been suggested that I reinstall SageTV. How can I reset SageTV's configuration settings without losing my recordings, favorites, etc.?

As long as you resintall to the same location, your existing data will get used, but it sounds like you want to get rid of your proreties file, as mentioned in the 2nd FAQ above; that's probably the closer match to your situation anyway. It mentions some of the other files you might want to save.
