Recordings not showing up in "MyTV" but in "MyVideos"

I have just started using "My Videos" and after loading my first directory which contains my movie files, 5 of my recordings show up. These 5 recordings do not show up in their respective series lists in the my TV. They also are files that had a bit of an issue in recording, where the recording started, and then had to be restarted automatically resulting in both xxx-0.ts and an xxx-1.ts files. It is the xxx-1.ts files that show up in the "My Videos" area...the xxx-0's don't appear to be anywhere...All were recording using HDHomeRun. Any ideas how or if I can get these to show up correctly in the recorded TV and not in the "My Videos".

It is extremely strange, as the "My Videos" and the "My TV" are different drive directories.

Unrecognized files in recording directories are imported so that they can still be played from somewhere. There is a FAQ at the top of this forum that deals with trying to recover recordings.
