Why Would Sage Try to Run Comskip?

I've been running error logging for several days now trying to find why my extender keeps locking up. Yesterday, I left the extender locked for much of the day (did not restart the server) and when I checked the error log, I found this message MANY times:

Sat 6/21 22:00:04.333 EXCEPTION in getValueAsObject:sage.a.e: Error in method reflection of ExecuteProcess of java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "comskip.exe": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified for:ExecuteProcess("comskip.exe", GetFileForSegment(GetMediaFileForAiring(Airing),0), null, true)

I am posting here since SageMC has Comskip function in it, but the stock STV does not. I have verified that in SageMC Settings/Enhancements/Comskip Options I have Comskip disabled. Why/how would Sage be trying to run Comskip?

BTW, I do not have Comskip installed.

Double check in youractual properties file. Or try enabling it and then disabling to see if that fixes it.
