How to clean properties file but keep lineup / frequency info...

i'm having stability issues with my sagetv install and am interesting in deleting the sage.properties file(s) to see if i can get it to a stable mode. but i've spent a bunch of time configuring my tuners and channels (including an hvr-1600) and really don't want to deal with that process again. i had to scan for qam channels, then remap a bunch of them, etc, etc.

i'm hoping someone can advise me on what parts of the sage.properties file to keep (i.e., not to delete) so i can preserve the tuner and channel configurations, while starting fresh with everything else. i tried deleting everything but the "epg" section, but that didn't seem to work so well. it seemed to preserve some of my lineup and remapping info, but the channels didn't actually work.
