Comskip and mkv Files

I've started compressing everything to mkv files, but for some reason the comskip breaks don't show up for my mkv files. The edl files are still there and have data, but the automatic skipping doesn't work. Is there some configuration I need to do for this? BTW, this is on my HD100s. I don't have a PC client anymore.

It works fine using the default STV with the latest import. I'm guessing something has been updated and since MC is a little behind at the moment this will come in a future version.

I found a solution. I opened the MC in studio and searched for .mp4. I duplicated the portion of the line that referred to .mp4 changing it to refer to .mkv. I then created an import so that I can use it when the next version of MC is released if it doesn't have this update.

PS
I love the new version of studio that does all the heavy lifting for creating an import file!!!!!!!!!!!!!
