Unhappy Client - Server issues with program conflicts

I have noticed a couple of problems when using a client - server network configuration. If you are viewing a program on the server and the client displays a program conflict screen. The server continues to play the program properly but is non-responsive to remote, keyboard commands or even mouse movements . Once the conflict screen is gone from the client the server then responds properly again.

I then tried to reverse the problem by playing a program on the client and viewing the conflict screen on the server. To my surpise, the conflict screen would not appear on the server (even though I clicked the conflict icon on the server), it came up on the client. This has got to be just plain wrong. My client and server monitors happen to be just 3 feet apart but I would think most people have them in different rooms.

Thank you, but I really just want a "rock solid" system. I created the client for the sole purpose of getting my 350 back in action. I then discovered that the client hangs the system (forcing a reboot) when using tv-out from the 350 and the program reaches the end. The reply from customer support is:
Thanks for the feedback. You helped us track down a bug that we believed to exist only in Ver. 2. At this time I apologize that there's no solution we can offer you. This will be fixed when Ver. 2 comes out.
