Added use of fast mux switch for network encoders

This is stated in the release notes for 2.0.12. What does this mean.

I've been using a network encoder on 1.4 through 2.011??

Aaaahhhh. Sorry.

I don't know the specifics of the fast mux switching, but a network encoder is a seperate PC on a network running Sage Recorder, which SageTV can control and use as if it's an additional tuner card on the SageTV machine.

The fast mux switching no doubt has to do with additional overhead required to do this.

Thanks. I know what a network encoder is as I've been using it. I was hoping to learn the specifics of what this release note is telling us.
