EPG no data issues

This has been gong or for a while now...

If I take one of my tuners (HD PVR) and tell it to copy the EPG data from another tuner, it will copy 356 channels over. Sometimes when I click and unclick channels the data will update, that is to say that if I enable channel 226 it will show which programs are on for that channel. Sometimes however it will simply put "no data" in the EPG for that channel. This seems to be real hit or miss.

What I have ended up doing is simply re-adding that source and re-copying the EPG channels over until it works. Is there a way to "force EPG data to refresh"?

Is anyone else having this problem?

Do you mean that the data isn't there right after you enable a channel, or it isn't there even after the channel has been enabled for a over a day?

When you first enable a channel that wasn't enabled on any lineup before, the listings for that channel will have to be downloaded, so it may not have any listings for a while. Whn you disable it, if it isn't enabled on some other lineup, then SageTv can dump its listings.

recently (last two beta versions) I have not waited more than a half hour or so for it to update. Previous to that I waited for weeks (got busy and didn't look into the problem) and it never updated. I noticed that when it works, I can see the program information/data update within a few minutes. I will let it sit overnight and see if it updates itself.
