Multi Disk Audio CDs Don't display tracks in proper order
I notice Sage puts CD tracks in order by the track number that is in the Id3 tag metadata of the file. Unfortunately it seems to ignore the disk number field. As a result if there is more than one CD in a title it shows track 1 from each CD before showing Track 2 in a multi CD set such as an audio book.
Thus a 3 CD set like an audio book displays in Sage with tracks in this order: Track 1 Track 1 Track 1 Track 2 Track 2 Track 2 Anybody know how to make sage also read the Disk number field of the Id3 tag? I thought of renaming the tracks as a workaround so disk 2 starts with track 18, disk 3 starts with track 36 etc but you are limited to 99 tracks so this will not work with large audio books such as the Harry Potter books which have 17 CDs. While you can name a track to 3 digits only 2 digits are read by sage. |

I haven't ripped any audio books, but have done multi-disk music collections... The recommendation I've always run across is to include the disc number in the title. Entire collection get sorted right, and no problem with track numbering that way.
big disc collection (track 1) big disc collection (track 2) big disc collection (track 3) ... |

I'll have to check when I get home tonight. Since it's music I rarely get further in than the "genre" and just launch the music from there.
