HD-PVR Audio and Video render error.

HD-PVR Audio and Video render errors.
Fresh install of Windows Vista Ultimate.
Installed current drivers.
Installed windows updates including SP1.
Stop all Media Center Services
Remove ehTray.exe from run in registry.
Install HD-PVR 1.0b driver.
Reboot.

Install sage with run through setup with the video setup I get audio and video render errors during testing.

I hope someone can help.
