6.4.8, Network Drive as Media Import Directory Bug, Vista
Submitted bug report.
Can't add mapped network drive in Vista to Media Import Directories. Anyone else seeing this problem? Zach Version: 6.4.8 OS: Vista 64 bit

If you run SageTv as a service it needs to be a UNC path. It can't use a mapped drive.

I just upgraded to 6.4.8 (WinXP) and also have this problem. The UNC path that my previous ver 6.2.10 had no trouble with cannot be accessed with v6.4.8. I deleted it so I could re-add, but was unsuccessful. The Sage host can access the path no problem in Windows Explorer.
I'll also submit a support request.

It sounds like you are using service mode... Pages 10-11 of the PDF manual has a section dealing with upgrading to a new version. Did you reconfigure the service to log in as a user w/a password as it says?
