If you have all your ISO's in the same folder, install winrar, making sure you add Shell Integration and cascaded menus (an option during install), right click on an ISO, choose WinRar -> Extract each Archive to a seperate folder. This will create a folder with the name of the ISO file, when the DVD structure inside it. Then, you can just delete the .ISO files, and sage should be able to watch the movies.
