What Sage Software to buy
Hi all, First post. About finished with my HTPC build. Software and a few hardware issues still out there. I want the full Media experiance (DVR,Recording,other media, Dvd burning) I also would like to stream video, as I work in Jamaica and travel allot. So here are the Questions:
What Sage software should I buy? Should I buy a bundle? Need a tuner card too? I would like to learn from your experiances. Any recommendations you have would be great. 3.0 ghz dual core intel 2 gb memory 2 x 500 mb sata drives Geforce xxxx card (suggestions... needs replacement) 400 watt power supply MS XP Pro No Tuner card

If you plan to use SageTV, you have to have SageTV Media Center to act as the server to do all the recording & serve content to itself and any other clients. After that, Placeshifter can be used to play the content at a remote location; SageTV Client is best used on another PC on your LAN; the HD100 HD extender is great for a client instead of a PC, but they are not in stock right now.
