One Video per Folder?

Under videos, I have a folder for kids shows which contains subfolders for each show. In each subfolder are the episodes which are dvr-ms files which I have renamed <Show Name> - <Episode Title>.dvr-ms.

Only the first file alphabetically in each folder is visible. This includes going thru the "View specific file in a location" option. That file plays fine, but it is the only one.

Is there a setting I have wrong? Why won't it list the whole directory?
