CPU Peak Demand

What do you use to monitor peak CPU demand? I want to see if the CPU in my Sage server is being overloaded at any point. You can use windows task manager to monitor it at any point in time, but I would like to see a written log of peak usage over a few days that I can review. Not sit and watch the windows task manager. It would also be good to know peak memory usage.

You can try perfmon.exe. It's included with XP and maybe vista. Google for info on how to set up and monitor any application. I have used it before but am a bit rusty. It can log to tab or comma delimited text files.

To run it START > RUN > perfmon <enter>
