Add to SendTo Menu?

Is there anyway to add to the Send To Video menu in SageMC? I would like to have the ability to pass the video file to an external command or bat file if possible. When you load certain plugins like Video Tools they add a line to the Send To popup window as an example. Is anything outside of Studio possible for this capability?

I'm pretty sure you would have to do it through Studio if you want to add it to the Send to menu. Possibly you might be able to do something with Dynamic Menus. Just not sure how you could do it.

Gerry,

I can sort of see how I could do it through Dynamic Menus, External Command, type of thing but I can't see how I could pass the current video file as a parameter i.e. %1 as you would with a typical bat file.

If I could figure it out it would open a lot of possiblities for archiving to a specific drive or folder, encoding using a specific tool or processing a file however you want/need.

Would also let you pass it off to a commercial detector if it happens to not already be processed... I like it.

For those who are interested I figured out how to do what I wanted via the External Apps plugin and the ComSkip Monitor program. If anyone is interested I can post the details here in this thread.
