Simple Question
I have a question about cable service provider, in which I am under cable one. To my understanding cable service providers aren't suppose to "scramble" local channel broadcasts. But my question is... Is it legal for them to scramble there high definition broadcast? The reason for me asking this is because my service provider scrambled all HD channels including the over the air broadcast. And the only way for me to get these channels is to get there DVR box in which I would have to pay 33 bucks a month for this thing. If I get that it defeats the purpose of me putting my entertainment computer together pointless.
