Plugin option in detailed settings dissappear

When I switch from the SageTv Application package "SageTV3.xml" to "SageMC_169.xml" the options for the plugins in "Customize" disappear. I know what the problem is but I do not know how to fix it.

Here is what cause the problem:
First, I load the "SageTV Application Package": "SageTV3.xml", then I go to manage plugins and load the plugins: "Auto_Compress.stvi" and "Comskip_Playback.stvi". Those are the only two plugins I have installed. Sage loads the plugins and I notice that the "SageTV Application Package" changes to: "SageTV3_withimports_SAGETV_PROCESS_LOCAL_UI.xml". When I go to "Customize" I see options like "Auto Compress Options" and "ComSkip Playback Options". I like using SageMC so I go to "SageTV Application Package" and change it to "SageMC_169.xml" and then Sage loads the SageMC interface. From the SageMC interface if I go to "Detailed Setup" and then go to "Customize" I do not see options like "Auto Compress Options" and "ComSkip Playback Options" they are no longer there. The SageTv Application package shows: "SageTV3.xml". If I use the left arrow keys I am taken back to the main SageMC menu.

Plugins designed for the default STV (SageTV3.xml) are not compatible with SageMC. When you load SageMC, you should go to Settings >> Import STVi to import any SageMC-specific plugins. Do not go to Detailed Setup to import any plugins. Also, SageMC plugins all use the .xml extension instead of .stvi so that you don't accidentally import the wrong plugins into SageMC.

One more thing: SageMC already has comskip and autocompress support built in.
