HD200 Stand alone

I am debating on getting rid of the SageTV server and running the HD200 stand alone mode. I wanted to make sure that I understand the manual and capabilities of the HD200 properly before investing money into this.

My plan is to get rid of my huge box that I use as a server and replace it with a 4 bay NAS drive like the one from Netgear. My question is if I run the HD200 in stand alone mode will I be able to access all those hard drives from multiple HD200's (about 3) and how would the performance be?

The reason I am wanting to get rid of the big server computer is because I no longer use it to record as I have gotten the Comcast DVR and can't get the wake on LAN working and I figure that the NAS would use less power, correct me if I'm wrong.

edit: Is their a NAS 4bay that the drives can be access seperatly or is it only RAID or JBOD??

Some testing I've done my my ReadyNAS NV+ shows the fastest Windows file sharing read speed to be about 800 MB per minute. That's about 13.3 MB per second, or just about 104 Mbits per second (on my Gigabit network). I know that two HD streams can fit into 100 Mbits easily (the HD HomeRun proves that). I believe the typical HD stream is like 16 - 20 Mbits per second. With that in mind, the NV+ has the raw ability to do it.

But, all my testing was with a single client reading a single file. I haven't done any testing with two or three clients to see what happens to the speed of each.
