Older Recorded Shows Change Name and Description

Occasionally I am having problems with some shows that were recorded either weeks or months ago changing their name and descriptions. I am using Digiguide and Stephanes importer (latest version) but have been bothered with this randomly over the past year or so, different builds of Sage, importers etc. Anyone else seen this? Still happening on a new installation on a new server build. Fairly infrequent and can't pin it down to anything in particular. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
