Audio delay with MKV 1080p files

I am experiencing an audio delay with some of my 1080p MKV files on playback from my Sagetv software. The same audio delay happens while streaming the file to my HD200. The delay is slight however noticible. The other video types seem to work fine with the audio (Standard def DVD rips and Mpeg files). I seem to notice the delay happening more with my DD MKV files instead of my DTS files.

I have tried both audio outputs HDMI and Digital Optical to the same effect.

I have updated my HD200 to the latest beta firmware available yesterday 100812300. I am running the latest Sagetv software on my pc 2008122201.

These files play without any delay using Windows Media Classic with the Klite codec installed.

Any ideas?

1) On your PC (for your Sage Client), what codecs are being used to decode it?

2) Does this happen with 720p files?

3) Can you run AVInaptic on one of problem files and post the report here?
