The picture looks like a puzzle

I submitted this to Bug Submission form at www.sage.tv/bugs.html and wanted to add my screenshot.

When I click on Live TV Guide, I get the Live TV screen with a strange look. The picture looks like a puzzle. I will upload the image to the Fourm.

Try disabling 3D Acceleration and then it it still does not work use Overlay instead of VMR9.

Do you know how to duplicate it? Just curious because I've seen something similar but don't have a clue how to make it happen.

I get a similar looking screen with VMR9 enabled when using the cyberlink decoder.

Definitely disable the 3d acceleration and try overlay instead of vmr. If that doesn't help, start looking at your video card drivers. You may need to update or possibly roll them back if you've recently updated them.

stanger89,

This happens when I start sage from sleep and it is not opening to full screen.

Thank you all for the help on this one. I will try the suggestions and get back if none of them resolve the issue.

Hey it does not stay like that does it?
I have that problem alot but clears up after a second
It was the worst with intervideo decoder and VMR9, are you using intervideo decoder or the hauppauge one cause that what mine looked like(but only for a second as I remember)?
If it clears up I would not worry about it
It is a bug that was decided when this version first came out
