Horizontal rolling line with VMR9
Last night I was messing around with VMR9 and Overlay and I used VMR for watching TV a bit and something interesting happened.
There was a horizontal line that would roll from top to bottom, once it would hit the bottom it would go back to the top. This would happen whent he camera would move and it seemed like sections would tear and the line would roll to the bottom. I checked out recordings from earlier in the night(VMR9) on my home computer and it seemed to be fine, no rolling lines on my home computer but sage was in sleep mode.
