Placeshifter on iBook?
I just picked up an iBook G3 for a sweet deal. It just meets all the minimum requirements of Sage Placeshifter. It has a 600mhz processor, 384 megs of ram, ATI Rage 128 with 16 megs vram, it has Quartz Extreme enabled but not Core Image.
I installed 6.4.8 Placeshifter (my sageserver is 6.5.7). Sage works, I can work my way through the menus, but I dont get video nor sound. If I install, Sage Placeshifter Beta 6.5.7 I cannot even type my login or password. Is it because it is a G3, I dont Core Image, I have mismatched versions with placeshifter and server? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
