Any news on satellite tuner support?

Any news on using Satellite tuners w/ smart card interface?

I currently rely on an external receiver for my satellite TV (used for a few foreign channels, not a main TV service like DirecTV) which needs a smart card to decode the channels I subscribed to.

Does anyone know of a computer card that can handle this that they got working with SageTV? Something I can get in USA ?
