Fire-DTV DVBS2 as DVB-T

Hi,
I cant get my new FireDTV DVBS2 Card working with Sage.

I first installed the FireDTV BDA drivers but the Sage only recognized the card as a DVB-T instead of DVB-S type.
Then i installed the MCE drivers and now finally the card is identified as a DVB-S card.
After setting up the transponder and searching for channels it works fine.

Then i reboot the macine and noting works anymore.
The card is now again dvb-t card according to Sage and i cant tune any channels.
The same drivers are still used FireDTV BDA DVB-S2 (MCE).

I just bought the FireDTV to replace my crappy TT 3200 card....
Please Help...

/jonas

Sounds strange.

When I installed mine, I did not have such problems.

You have to uninstall the drivers and try again with SageTV closed.

You should use the BDA drivers from the CD that comes with the FireDTV S2.

Just out of curiosity, how does the FireDTV viewer see the card?

If it can't then it's not a SageTV issue.

Ok.
Did a uninstall of the drivers.
Installed the BDA Driver on the CD - 4.5D
The card works ok with FireDTV Viewer and DVB Viewer (as a dvb-s2 card)
Sage still think its a DVB-T card.
I went in and manualy deleted the entries for the card in sage.properties before i tried again.

Saved...

Thanks Lucas, I really was going to do that but I think the problem is gone.

After a complete reinstall of Sage its now detected as a dvb-s device, really strange...
