HD-PVR and USB-UIRT

Hopefully this is an easy one - how do I configure Sage to not use the IR receiver on an HD-PVR and use a USB-UIRT receiver instead? I searched here and looked through the setup options but do not see where/how to make that happen.

Background... For whatever reason my Hauppauge remote does not work reliably with my HD-PVR. Button clicks on the remote get dropped every few clicks and it eventually progresses until I have to click several times to get a command through. A reboot gets me back to the beginning where it only drops one of ever few clicks.

I've messed with this long enough unsuccessfully and just want to avoid the HD-PVR IR receiver altogether. I want the USB-UIRT to receive the commands and relay them to Sage.

When you configure the HD-PVR source in SageTV just tell it to use the USB-UIRT as the tuning device. I'm using the USB-UIRT to control the STB connected to my HD-PVR with no issues at all.

Thanks! Slapping my head wondering why I did not think of that. I was thinking the HD-PVR _had_ to be the tuning device but now I see that Sage does not even care that it is there - as long as it gets a signal it is happy.

I am happy, remote is lightning quick now and seems to be reliable so far after 100 or so test clicks.
